They have serious issues with there pharmacy. Training from top to bottom would be beneficial. I never saw anyone so despondent at the drive up. She took info and disappeared with no I’m sorry I’ll be right back or I’m sorry you had to wait so long. Her mannerisms were so poor and honestly.. she needs to be let go. No one deserves 15$ or whatever if they can’t do the job. If your going to be in public service, then serve them and don’t act like I’m a bother

Use to love Walgreens but their pharmacy has major issues. Gone through drive up several times and wait forever while staff walk back and forth never stopping to help. Ring the buzzer, still no help. Ring again, no help. Drive around the store to go inside to get prescriptions and 5 waiting in a line, that is NOT moving! If you are short staffed, hire more. If you can’t offer the convenience of a quick drive through, close it! Came home with no prescriptions and will have to make another trip up there. Thinking it might be time to switch pharmacy.
