I went to Walgreens in Clinton IL to send money by Western Union...had trouble working with the kiosk....paid the money received a receipt...had a question about where it was being sent fore it was unclear since it only asked for the state...contacted W.Union...they said they would authorize a refund and get it from that Walgreens...I went back into the store where I did the transaction and manager said they don't do refunds ...Now W.Union told me to get my refund there , that it's in the computer,authorized to do that...again Walgreens manager said they don't do refunds...I suffer from anxiety and depression and so their refusal caused me to have a panic attack...they threatened to call police...I continued to tell THEM to call W.Union themselves....but she again refused to simply refund my money that was authorized by W. Union...not happy with Walgreens in Clinton IL

I hate that I cannot switch to CVS. Walgreens in Clinto is constantly behind the notifications, barely work, when they make a mistake with the prescription they blame the doctors office (they always seem to have issues with John Warner Hospital). My wife had a prescription that she was told to take 2 pills 3 times daily for 7 days. She got 21 pills when she called they said the doctors office wrote it for 21 pills. You are the last stop before the customer YOU should identify that issue before it reaches us. When we went to pick up the prescription, 4 hrs after it was sent we were told it would be ready in 45 minutes we didn't have time to wait so we said we would get it in the morning. When she showed up she was told it wasnt ready and it would be an hour by this point its 24 hrs after the prescription was sent over. On top of that it is getting harder and harder to know when your open as the pharmacy hours keep changing. Again I cannot wait to change to CVS.

look at the years that the reviews were made.I'm talking about the pharmacy not the rest of the Walgreens store which is just fine..you will note that generally speaking the reviews are bad for the last year or so. that is because the pharmacy has gone completely downhill.

I have used Walgreens since I was a child. Because of this location I've quit using them entirely. I needed meds today tho so I let my doctor send there. Huge mistake and a fantastic reminder as to why I shouldn't use them anymore.

The miss in the pharmacy staring with "Dor" needs to be let go. Terrible customer service!! I told her I would do exactly what she asked but it wasn't good enough for her. She got very hateful MULTIPLE times. She wanted to keep arguing even after I told her the line was very long behind me. She was looking for a fight before her shift ended. I could tell she had a bad day and needed to let it out on someone. My son is asking why you're so mean and that's its Christmas time.

SAMANTHA in the pharmacy was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me out. She was extremely professional, courteous, and absolutely amazing to be around. She should be in charge of all Walgreens pharmacies.

I was looking through the massive selection of gift cards. I always have to hit the candy isle for the things that you can only find there, around here anyway.they always have an amazing array of seasonal items to match the season. My favorite is Halloween, what's yours?

Pharmacy is awful! Had a script called in Tuesday afternoon and it’s still not ready on Wednesday morning. If someone needs medicine, they can’t wait 24 hours normally! What are they thinking?

They have serious issues with there pharmacy. Training from top to bottom would be beneficial. I never saw anyone so despondent at the drive up. She took info and disappeared with no I’m sorry I’ll be right back or I’m sorry you had to wait so long. Her mannerisms were so poor and honestly.. she needs to be let go. No one deserves 15$ or whatever if they can’t do the job. If your going to be in public service, then serve them and don’t act like I’m a bother

The pharmacy has definitely gone down hill. I speak mainly about the drive up. Yes, they are busy but all it takes is a courteous and smiling individual to greet you. The one waiting on me at the window needed some hardcore trading in how to work with the public. She walked from the window with no explanation and no I’m sorry for your wait when she returned. It is so sad that one person or maybe there are more can ruin what was at one time a stellar department.I’ll be moving my pharmaceutical care to Decatur or give CVS a try.

The store is nice but I don't like the new pharmacy hours. I can't get my prescriptions until the weekends because I'm not home from work in time. Also the express pay serves no purpose. You still have to wait in line to get your prescription.

Pharmacy lines are terrible after the hours cutback. Time to find a new pharmacy…Inside store is fine and the only reason for 2 stars.
