I have used HRBlock for years and this years prep was horrible from start to finish. The report went days without responding, made promises she never kept and took 3 weeks to complete it.

Our family's taxes were brought to them well before tax day. They ended up not getting them done, so they were late. Then after getting our federal refund they somehow messed up year 2021 and we had a balance due. How do you have a balance due to the federal government when H&R Block does your taxes?! DO NOT GO HERE. We cannot get anyone to call us back now either.

This place is super efficient...always on the look out reminding us of our appointment...ladies at the Clinton Illinois site are SUPER nice n really kno their stuff to look out for you n your taxes. I hope they stick around here for a good spell.
