I explained the issues with my car. Brandon took it for a drive. He called me and said that it was running fine. He said that there was a brake rubbing but otherwise he could find nothing wrong. The next day I had the same problem so I called another mechanic that had done work on my vehicle. He found several issues. Motor mount were rusted and needed to be replaced. Fuel pump as well. I have had work done before and never any complaints. Don't understand why they didn't find the problem.

Was heading to my family’s for Christmas when my alternator went out and we were stranded on 57 near Clifton IL. Towed to Pralle’s garage and I am so thankful we were!! Brandon had a new alternator in our car within 48 hours, despite blizzard conditions and it being the 23rd of December. Thank you for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy the holidays with family. Grateful for this shop for their wonderful customer service and top notch repair.
