My Dad did business here and I do business here as well. Have purchased important jewelry from here. I think I'm going to give them a shot at a couple of watches I have, The folks at Zabler have been fair and reasonable.

My old watch got cleaned and fixed up at this location and they did a wonderful job. I had some questions after they were done and they were very nice and attentive answering them.

This store has been in this location for quite some time. Decided to visit and look at engagement rings. Note: you need to buzz the door to be let inside. It's small and has an antique yet cozy feel. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They have a large selection of rings. You can also choose a ring and decide from a selection of stones. I recommend this place vs. a large retail company like Zales or Kay's. They also have necklaces and vintage items like brooches and pocket watches. Prices look reasonable.

Great custom jewelry. I am very happy the necklace I had designed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because one of the employees I was working with gave me attitude and was condescending when I called to see if there was any flexibility to pick up one day early....

Wow, what a fantastic experience. I was replacing some jewelry that was very sentimental to me, and initially I explored several jewelers in the area - including one that is walking distance from my home. I ended up working with Nathan at Zabler primarily because he was so responsive and flexible to my collaboration approach. For a mama on 10 hours of calls every day with three kiddos in the background, it wasn't practical for me to go in or make a bunch of phone calls, and Nathan was so helpful via email. He made the process from start to finish easier. Beyond the experience, I am MORE THAN HAPPY with the wedding band end engagement ring that we ended up with. I feel like I've received a tremendous amount of value for my budget. Thank you, thank you, thank you Zabler

I have had experiences with other jewelers where if you’re not there to spend thousands they tend to be less helpful, however they were extremely polite helpful and respectful I highly recommend going here for repair cleanings and to look through their selection

Several years ago, I brought my terminally ill mom into the store. Her wedding ring no longer fit. The person quickly added something so she could wear it again! Then when it came time to pay, they let us know it was on the house. I really appreciated their kindness in such a difficult time.
