“I have been bringing my dogs to Palos Pet Clinic for over 10 years. Dr. Brar is an excellent vet. I have used his services since my dogs were puppies. Recently I had taken my dog in for dental extractions. My dog had 7 bad teeth removed and after the procedure he showed no discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Brar for his expertise and his love for animals. He is the Best vet ever!”

“I have been taking my sweet boy to this office since I first moved here in 2018, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This review is LONG overdue but Dr. Bishop and Dr. Lopiccolo really go out of their way and take their time to make sure your animals are well taken care of! Both of my pups hate having their nails trimmed (and they are definitely not easy to deal with), but the doctors and staff have never made me feel like they were a headache to deal with (even though I definitely know they are lol).
Absolutely love how dedicated they are to making sure you and your babies feel comfortable and at ease. Earlier today my pup ripped his nail off and I was so worried ( not knowing how serious it was or wasn’t) and Dr. Bishop found time to fit me in first thing in the morning so I could still make it to work and also make sure my baby was ok. He got my pup all wrapped up and even found time to complete all his shots that he was due for so I didn’t need to bring him back next week. Not only that, but he will always go out of his way to offer any assistance you might need to make the appointments run smoother.
HUGE shout out to the doctors and staff for always handling my dogs’ nail trims, they say thank you and so do I ?”

“I took my fur baby in for a dental cleaning, and I am quite pleased with the results! The staff was fantastic!! Dr. Carlson kept me informed throughout his surgery, and I couldn't thank her enough. Dr. Carlson and the Vet technicians demonstrated genuine passion and understanding when dealing with my dog; he has a lot of anxiety and may be challenging, but they were calm with him. “Years ago all 3 of my cats got sick at the same time. I was beside myself and I had originally taken them to my regular vet, College Station Cat clinic. I'm a senior citizen and I had very little money. He prescribed an antibiotic but a week later she was no better. I called him back and he said the antibiotics were supposed to be good for 10 days and he wouldn't prescribe anything more . I had called again trying to get an emergency apt and they refused to see me and my cat He kept trying to pressure me into having dental work done for over $500. I decided to get a second opinion. Glendale Animal Hospital saw me right away, they had a charity fund available and wrote off part of the vet bill. They were very kind, compassionate, and understanding. They really helped me when I was desperate where my Vet of many years acted like he couldn't be bothered.”

“Dr Vite and his staff are wonderful. Very happy I found them. My cat was limping after looking at his paws he knew exactly what it was. Its called Pillow Foot, an autoimmune disease. He brought out a text book and showed me and explained the condition. My boy is doing better and I'am weaning him off the medication.”

“Came with my kitty who was having meowing issues during the night. Was concerned and wanted to ensure wasn't medical. Good news is it wasn't. Bad news is it's behavioral haha. However have since found the solution. The sweet boy just wants me to pick him up and bring him to bed each night. Manm..cats are hilarious. Who woulda thought that's all he needed. He just wants me to carry him to bed each night and cuddle. I kept thinking he was hungry. Nope just wants attention:-) They were so gentle and kind and concerned though. Love their bedside manner. Also...my kitty is super sweet but he is a wiggler. When trying to get blood he just keeps moving haha. However they were successful in getting blood!! A couple other vets had previously struggled. He embraced the very quiet and calm environment they have. So that's a win! Oh and they have a cat they let roam free at the hospital and he is the sweetest! So that's a perk. Definitely will go back.”

“We love Dr. Mullen and the care she provides for my fur babies (Luigi and Eve Makayla). I followed her from her previous office to this office because there isn't anything that she wouldn't do for my pets. She takes the time to better understand my pets' personalities, habits, and any illnesses they may have. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking vet care for their fur babies. 5 This part of the review is directed toward the facility, not the care we received from Dr. Mullen. The prices are a bit steep. Just to see a "healthy" pet is $79 and if your pet is "sick" it's $89. The Wellness Plans also went up in price as my Pom used to have the highest package (there are 3) and I paid around $91/mo. and now it's $113. If I got the same package for my senior kitty it would be $142/mo.! My Pom has always had bad teeth and I was quoted $2100-$2700 for a dental with extractions. Having the highest Wellness Plan doesn't provide much relief either as it only covers around $700 of the total bill.”

Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital went above and beyond in providing care for my one of my sick frogs recently. Not only were the front desk and vets extremely friendly but addressed all concerns and created a comprehensive treatment plan including trainings for what to do once we got home. We have now made this our new primary vet, not just for the emergency we recently had! Highly recommend!”

Moving with a pet is stressful, let alone moving internationally with a pet. Steve and the Darien Animal Clinic staff made the process so easy and simple for me! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and it really made the experience that much better. My pup can be a bit reactive at the vet, but the staff were very patient and gentle with her.
