Upon arriving at the English Garden Flower Shop, I was greeted by Staff Members with a lot of Enthusiasm, and was made Welcome, like a Family Member. Clearly a “Quality, Well-Trained and Dedicated” Staff, who truly Encompass and Practice on a Daily Basis, what I call and have been taught to me at an early age by my beloved parents.
“C.E.R.S,” which stands for Compassion,
Empathy, Respect, and Sensitivity-Sympathy!
The Staff at the English Garden Flower Shop has truly met and exceeded all of my Floral Expectations and then some!

They were phenomenal! I was looking to brighten up my wife's day, as us husbands usually do. I called a few other florists in Oakbrook and the prices were astronomical.
Fair pricing for super fast delivery and I was able to do everything online. I only called to make sure the delivery would be within a specific window to make sure the arrangement didn't miss her and she surprised me when she told me it would be delivered within an hour and a half! I received an email confirming my order and another confirming delivery. I see why they have 5 stars. Here's another one :)
