Carpet Showcase was super easy and friendly to work with. They installed nearly two weeks ahead of their original estimate and they were super professional at every interaction. They installed a staircase carpet runner from our basement to our first floor and from our first floor to our second floor and completed the job in less than a half a day. We couldn't have been happier!

I used Carpet Showcase a few years ago at the recommendation of my realtor. They had no issue/judgement with wanting a cheaper carpet for a few years while I have babies/toddlers. They bent over backwards to get me samples. Best of all, they were able to install in less than a week with no $ premium for the accelerated schedule. I was pleasantly surprised that a local CH/Hinsdale vendor was competitively priced with larger vendors in the Westmont/DG area.

When looking in the area for carpet, I came across Carpet Showcase and I could not have been happier! Stacey was very helpful throughout the whole process. She provided a variety of options in my price range and tried to find the best one for me. The installation process was just as great, as the installers were super professional, quick, and made the place look amazing! They hauled away the old carpet and were able to finish in one day. The carpet looks great and is really soft. I highly recommend Carpet Showcase, you won't be disappointed!

A friend recommended Carpet Showcase, so I decided to stop in. Karrie and Stacey, the owners, were very professional every step of the way. They offered helpful advice on choosing color and style, and had great choices in my budget. Their installers were very courteous, professional, and on-time. For a nominal fee, they moved lots of heavy furniture, and bundled the old carpeting for garbage day. I was so impressed with the great service, and will continue to recommend them!
