Terrific State Farm office. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional. Always easy to communicate with them and ask a question, or get help. No long automated telephone choices to deal with. Having a small, local office that I can easily contact is a breath of fresh air.

I have been with Rusty for more than 13 years with multiple policies. When I have any questions, Rusty always explains to me very clearly and easy understand. Recently, he also help me all the way to claim the hail damage of our roof. Rusty is a great agent, very knowledgeable. His office staff is also very helpful.

A recent microburst hailstorm severely damaged the exterior of our home, particularly the roof and gutters. Our State Farm claims experience was an extraordinarily good one - expedient, seamless and fair and reasonable. The level of service from my agent, Rusty Scheel, his team and the adjuster technician was exceptional, especially given the high volume of damage in the area related to that storm.
