We went in for a test drive and left with a fantastic deal on a 2024 Infinity QX60. Nick was our sales associate and he answered our questions and made us feel comfortable before signing. We also worked with Joe, the general manager, and they both were helpful and followed up with us to make sure the car met our every need.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership back in 2021. I had an issue with the repair of a flat tire with an unrelated third party tire center. This tire center told me that the tires on my car (the tires that were on the car when I purchased it) were not the correct size and didn't have the right load rating for my vehicle. Therefore, I would need to buy 4 all new tires because they were too unsafe to be worked on. I ended up buying 4 new tires.
A week after this surprise purchase, I called Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to explain what happened and explain my frustration in having to buy 4 new tires because the car I had purchased from them was equipped with the wrong tires. They did a little research on their end to verify my claims and got back to me.
Even though it had been a little over 3 years since I purchased my vehicle from them, Andreas and Peter Korallus made it right. They sent a check to cover a portion of the tires for the inconvenience. In an industry where a lot of people worry about getting ripped off, it's very refreshing to have such a pleasant experience and feel like this dealership stepped up when we felt like we had been shorted. We were extremely pleased with the customer service here and will be back to purchase our next family vehicle.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have! I will never buy anything from this dealership, nor will I recommend anyone to them. Wasted 4.5 hours yesterday trying to buy a used vehicle. They were not honest with the numbers and did not want to show me the actual numbers for my trade-in, price of used vehicle or percentage rate for our loan. Please pay close attention to the numbers they tell you for your trade-in because they like to include "your tax credit" in the number. They also like to change interest rate percentages on you to change the final numbers so they can make money off of the interest on your loan. Really disappointed in this dealership and their lack of transparency.

Best experience ever from the time we walked in the door we were greeted by Bill Mullarkey who showed us the car we liked and explained everything in detail , we test drove it and loved the Q60 . I wasn’t ready to purchase it that day and he didn’t pressure us at all came back like a week later and purchased it . Everyone from this dealership was so nice and explained everything to us and was extremely helpful one of the easiest car purchase ever .

Big shout out to Nick at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. My Q50 Red Sport was stolen at Midway last month and I really wanted another Infiniti. I knew Clarendon Hills had both the QX50 and QX55. Nick was awesome with the test drive and talking through the differences of the two vehicles. Awesome to know that this was his first sale at Infiniti!!!

I would highly suggest going somewhere else. I brought my infinit q50 in for a transmission issue and ac issue on a Wednesday I was told I should receive warranty approval within two days and after that the car would be repaired by Tuesday. Monday comes and haven’t heard back from them. No update. I call and am told there still waiting on warranty approval. Ok.tuesday they get approval. For the transmission. But even though they found the ac issue they can’t replicate it to the warranty so it won’t be covered. But they can do the transmission. Ok fine. Than after me asking they tell me there gonna charge me for the ac diagnostics. Even though the warranty is covering the transmission diagnostic. And they did a full diagnostic and gave me a list of other issues without me asking for it. I told them I’m not paying the diagnostics and if that’s a problem let me know in which I’ll pay for it but I’ll take my business elsewhere to get the transmission work done elsewhere. They told me ok don’t worry about it. It’s taken care. Fast forward to Thursday 5 minutes before close they call me saying the car is ready. Can’t pick it up obviously since there closing. I come the next day. The guy I’ve been dealing with isn’t there. His day off apparently, and there’s no manager. And the new guy taking care of me hands me a bill for the diagnostics. I told him the situation as explained above. He says he can’t help me but he can have a manager call me. So I pay since I need my car. It’s now 3 weeks later. No call from a manager. This place is a scummy as it gets. There’s mechanics on every corner. Take your money elsewhere

I've been taking my vehicle to this dealer for a few years now. It's unfortunate that I have to resort to this. I got my brakes done, front and back with front rotors. Long story short. They squeak every day. I first tried contacting the service manager. I left him a message about the issue. There was no return call. I returned and explained to the service writer the issue. They took the vehicle in the back. 30 minutes later, they bring me into he back to hand me a piece of paper telling me that brakes squeak sometimes in the morning. My vehicle is 5 years old and this isnt the first time I've replaced my brakes. This is the first time they felt different and squeaks on a daily. After spending over a thousand dollars. This is extremely disappointing.

Would absolutely recommend this dealership. Went here to purchase a pre-owned vehicle that was not an Infiniti. Our Sales person, Eddy Lindt, did research on the vehicle before we arrived, so that he was well-informed on the features, even though it wasn't an Infiniti. He was nice, polite, informative and followed up. Seemed genuinely happy for us buying a new vehicle. What more could you want?
