“Where to begin when posting a review about Trend Carpet & Tile... we chose to finish our basement and used them for the entire project and couldn't be happier. From the moment we went there to pick out our flooring, Sarah helped me with everything. I'm bad at visualizing and she helped me with decisions that I could never make on my own. We get so many compliments when people come over all thanks to her eye. Beautiful laminate flooring throughout with a beautiful stair runner and matching rugs. The bathroom tile and shower is great and Steve was the best installer, he also installed our accent wall that makes the basement.”

“After suffering through a couple of high-pressure sales pitches from bigger carpeting companies (I won't name names, but you know their phone numbers!), working with Fabiola at Yonan Carpet One was a breath of fresh air. She patiently walked us through the carpeting choices, allowed us to take many samples home, and she worked diligently to answer all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to do the research to find out. She never pressured us to make our decisions. We took our time, and we are pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely the best. Period. Ken is a rarity these days when it's increasingly difficult to find service providers in which you can truly trust their honesty, transparency and quality of service. Ken and his team are very polite and helped my family out when our basement flooded in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to fit in the work between jobs knowing I had an aggressive timeline for the installation. The quality of the pad and carpet has transformed our basement to a much nicer space than we had previously. Their attention to detail and willingness to do the job complete was appreciated like patching the concrete channels and installing with virtually zero damage to existing molding. 100% will be using Carpets of Elmhurst for future rooms.”

“Great carpet options and helpful sales people. Slightly disappointed at installation. We were not forewarned that we would need to cut down all of our doors that no longer shut once carpet was installed. We asked the installer to stop edge before door and he did not understand us. Also he dented the metal edge trying to shut the door over it.”
