We were not forewarned that we would need to cut down all of our doors that no longer shut once carpet was installed. We asked the installer to stop edge before door and he did not understand us. Also he dented the metal edge trying to shut the door over it.”

They came on time and I was asked to visit the store to choose the materials. When I visited the store I met the same person (Adolfo) who took the measurements. “After suffering through a couple of high-pressure sales pitches from bigger carpeting companies (I won't name names, but you know their phone numbers!), working with Fabiola at Yonan Carpet One was a breath of fresh air. She patiently walked us through the carpeting choices, allowed us to take many samples home, and she worked diligently to answer all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to do the research to find out. She never pressured us to make our decisions. We took our time, and we are pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.”

“I love my floors done by this Luna! Joe Marzano helped with every step of the way from start to finish--choosing the right LVP wood for my condo to installation and final touches. The entire job was done in about 2 days for my space, and Paulo (not sure if I have the spelling right) and the other installer who helped were always punctual and professional. Everything unfolded just as Joe and the contract indicated it would. I always received a courtesy call on the days installers were coming to let me know they were on their way and a feasible ETA, which I appreciated for my scheduling purposes. It was absolutely seamless work from start to finish which amazing. Ultimately, it was an exceptional experience working with this location, and I could not be more satisfied with the finished product! 10/10 would recommend everyone who was part of helping me through this location!”

“Cannot say enough good things about Trend Carpet & Tile!
We used them to replace carpeting with hardwood (including stair cases), to refinish our existing hardwood, to replace our backsplashes, and to put vinyl down in the kids section of the basement. We are beyond pleased at how it all turned out. But more than that, the professionalism and service were impeccable. They made a stressful project seamless in every way possible, including helping to move furniture.”
