I love barre 3 and I’m so happy I found it! The workouts make me feel so good during and afterwards. The workouts give a good sweat, but are also intentional and just put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Stevie and Maggie are my favorite instructors to take class with! :)

Such an enjoyable way to workout while still being challenging! All of the instructors I’ve had so far have been welcoming, accommodating, and encouraging! You can tell that they really care about their members. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!
