If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. I put in a repair order through Maytag for Tuesday morning between 8 and noon. I contacted the Baier Home Center directly at 10:30 to get an ETA as I had heard nothing. Dave was EXTREMELY unhelpful and unfriendly and basically blamed me that Maytag doesn't contact him to know their schedule. He proceeded to tell me his help hadn't arrived at the office yet so he couldn't get my service order and said they don't even leave town until after noon. I was not happy as I took the morning off of work wasting my time off for this. I told him I would just contact Maytag for a different repair company and he said go ahead. VERY unprofessional, VERY rude. I will NEVER use them for anything.

I moved to CP from Lake Iroquois and I've had to call on Dave before moving from the lake for my freezer, so not to be taking if it not worth it, then once moved into CP, I have had to call x2 more for my 2 refrigerators. Excellent job always!

I have dealt with Baier Home center twice for appliance repair. The first time I was under warranty and they requested I call Whirlpool to get them more money for the service call to make the trip worth their time. The second time I requested their service, I was told when ever we are in your area, we have no idea when that will be, we will give you a call. Workers who show up are great, but phone people are awful!
