The internet is horrible. It’s been down 4 days this month. I was supposed to have a tech come to my house then Comcast’s cancelled the appointment and I still don’t have service!!!! I’m going to Verizon right away

All the customer care specialists there were extremely helpful! They all had positive attitudes and knew about the products and services they sold. These guys and gals have good work ethics. What would make it the best is a 4 day work week. Just my opinion!
