I have never had such a horrible experience with curbside pickup at any store. Not only was my time wasted—despite there being only four cars at the curb—but when I tried to call, I was hung up on. After waiting for 35 minutes on a 7-item order that was supposedly ready, I had no choice but to get out of my car and ask what was going on. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They told me my only options were to either walk back to my car and continue waiting or cancel my order and leave.
The entire purpose of curbside pickup is to provide convenience and save time, but that is not the service I received. In fact, I could have gone into the store, picked out my items myself, and been finished much sooner than waiting on the incompetent staff handling curbside orders. To make matters worse, I noticed that the staff was standing around, chatting with each other, completely ignoring the people who were waiting for their orders. This was an unacceptable experience, and the poor service provided by the staff is something that needs serious attention.

This is the Hodgekins store.. a nicer Walmart but stock levels are usually low, probably because lots of people like this one..

I forgot my child’s toy at the register after I paid. We came back to the store to see if it was still there but it was gone. Luckily Kathleen from customer service and Monique in the toy area helped us find the toy. It meant a lot that they went out their way to make my little one happy.
