Well I called day before and told they open at 7am for oil changes. Get here at 650 and was told we only take appointments. What I called yesterday and nothing on website. And while waiting an employee was given a ticket and told he was first for the oil change. Really. Was told I could go to central square walmart they take walk ins. This is crazy who does that.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I place an order online to have it delivered yesterday. The order was delayed and never delivered. Supposedly it was to arrive this morning and it never did. After 5 hours of calling the store on 75th and Ashland in Chicago and speaking with the support agents online I still don't have my groceries and have to wait 24 to 48 hours for the cancellation process to go through so that I can receive a refund to then reorder groceries that may possibly not be delivered again!!!! Absolute worst service.

I saw the news as long as you don't fix that, we don't know who brings us our errands and my whole family is no longer going to order, we order every week, as long as you allow that there is no purchase because we know that several drivers are not their account I saw the news

Came in for car oil, filter and air filter, I needed help with the air filter these workers have me walking half the store for some help. Someone is paged to the auto section fast but he was no help, all he said was "well if you picked out an air filter then that's it" I asked help to find 1520 but the I guess this random one I chose is fine then thanks. Didn't bother to help me search at all, he was there's for one minute to tell me the wrong filter is the right filter. Now I need help with oil it says I can place this oil for pick up online. I can't find it in its section but it's in stock, I ask 2 guys that were standing and talking, in the way of everyone coming by with their carts. Just so they can tell me "if it's not there it's not there, we dont have it". Well gee sir thank you so much for showing me that you were trying to help, you know this place better than I do maybe I didn't look thoroughly. I work in retail and customer service myself I always give my customers my everything all my effort and I can't receive that back from a huge company?

On the phone for five minutes no one answers what kind of service is this not good at ! Want to ask if they sell cargo pants and how much do they cost no good coustomer service

Why is Walmart allowing over 10 men in parking lot accosting customers trying to sell something?Hate that u allow itThey have been there daily harassing people. Not coming back hope others stay away till walmart takes our safety into account

To who it may concern..I brought a computer from this walmart October 14th,I also brought Microsoft office..when I got my computer home Microsoft office was already on my computer...I went back to get a refund for the Microsoft office program I brought that I didn't need and they wouldn't let me return it..they were saying it's non-refundable, but see here the thing if an associate is in this department the should be educated on the products...even when I asked the associate about Microsoft office she had no clue as to what I was talking about....I really wish someone from walmart could help me with this problem...as I'm trying this I been on hold for 45mins trying to get answers as to why I can't return something to get my refund!!!

Bathroom was not clean, smelly. Some staff were not wearing masks. I know people are generally vaccinated in Chicago, but, stores should encourage workers wearing masks because of the new Covid variants. It promotes safety.

Oooh I hate leaving bad reviews, but this can't be how Walmart wants their corporation ran. The whole places needs new management and the staff needs to be retrained. I dread going when I have to go or I do a order curb side pick up which is almost just as painful. This can't be life

No one in money services, money order transaction done in customer service. Associate stated I could only have one money order transaction, however the total amount needed to be separate transactions anyway. Annoying

This is our first time placing a pick up order from walmart.com. When we arrive to pick up the order we got our items and left we noticed when we got home that some items were missing. We called back up to the grocery pick up center and got Jesus Flores. Jesus was extremely knowledgeable kind and even offered us to come back same day to pick up what we lost. I cannot say enough about Jesus and his level of customer service Walmart has a real trooper on their team.(Walmart #3004 3320 S Cicero Ave Cicero, IL 60804)

Fast friendly and spot on. I appreciate the honesty and help each time I have needed it. Once they spotted a bull in a tire as we were about to go on a long trip. I believe they saved us from a real problem.I used to go here often to this Walmart location because they used to be opened 24 hrs a day but i know they had changed the hours recently and so having to go here during the day can be quite the hassle due to the difficulty of finding parking since a lot of people seem to go to this location. Check out can get really bad and they don't seem to have as many staff on registers so self-check out is the best way around this! Prices are cheap!Stores are better as far as being neat and organized but could be better. Plenty of sanitizing stations but don't see them cleaning the carts anymore. Use my own sanitizer as I have always done before pandemic.The reason fir 4 star is because things do run out.

At the end of the day Walmart is going to be Walmart. Also, I understand that it is the holiday season and it will be packed regardless, so this is a customer service review. Now I'm not asking to be greeted with a smile or what not but for the staff to at least be courteous while on shift would be helpful. The store is disorganized so it is hard to find things. With that being said, I was led astray a few times by the young people on staff and it was even a hassel to get their attention. Their in groups chatting and feel like you're bothering them for asking for help. I'm sorry, if you don't want me to ask for help take off the vest or go hide in the break room. It was honestly disheartening asking a floor employee for help. Along with that there were some positives. The young man checkin people put in cosmetics was very helpful not only to myself but everyone and my cashier was a delight. So tell the other employees to take notes from them. It wasn't all a Grinchnest of negativity. With some better training of floor staff I can see things improving
