If this walgreens wasnt the closest to me I’d never go. they have a horrible attitude and are extremely rude to you. Especially the older black woman, shes constantly acting like it’s so much trouble to even answer a question and will behave rudely towards you even if you’re nice to her.

Worst Pharmacy ever not only do they have the longest lines, but after standing in a long line for 30 min you have to wait again to get your Rx that should have been ready. The Techs are not knowledgeable reguarding medications and are really rude in the phone. Segreti Pharmacy is a small local family owned pharmavy on Roosevelt and Lombard they will tranfer all your meds from Walgreens to them with no wait they also offer free delivery. I will never use Walgreens again for my prescriptions.

Honestly a really good yet understaffed Walgreens. The managers are always respectful and always there to help. There isn't many employees but I can tell their trying their best to keep the store in check. People always complain of the pharmacy but their always trying their best to keep everything in check, most people who leave the bad reviews are people who are probably self entitled.

This store is the perfect Xanax commercial: confusion, slow movement, decreased mental alertness - but to turn it into constructive criticism, some common sense advice: clean up the store, learn how to type on a keyboard, learn your services and products - it's employees like you that can't perform basic functions a 10 year old could, that make people want to automate your jobs - sorry if this is too critical but its the end of a lot of bad experiences here

Came here at 4am the doors were locked. It clearly states online and on the door that the store hours are 24 hours 7 days a week

I came here at 5am to pickup my baby's formula since my delivery order was cancelled. I was also here around 11 another day and it said the same thing, but wasn't sure if it was just that night. If hours have changed then they should be updated and store lights should be off.

! SCAMMED DO NOT BUY AMAZON GIFT CARDS ! Do not visit this place at all I Bought two Amazon gift cards worth 280$ Adding up to 560$. I talked to area manager and refused to give me my money back or replace them, both of the cards were faulty both of them were torn in half with no barcode and no code to redeem. I bought another card Infront of them and opened them directly Infront of them to prove that they were faulty and came back the same way. And they still refused to help with my situation they will only tell you to contact amazon support. And amazon support will send you right back to them to fix the problem with them be careful around these people they are not professional.

This feedback and review is mainly for the pharmacy services. If I could give it a negative star, I would. I believe since most people are Hispanic and won’t complain, they don’t attempt to improve their halfass services. The staff seem overwhelmed and are rude. They are very slow and they don’t seem to care.

The worst Walgreens I ever went to. Charged me 9.70 for meds that my insurance covers for free but didn’t know until my attorney told me they weren’t suppose to charge me for a refill. Almost seems like they were mad I got good insurance tryna find any reason to not get me the meds. Then the guy kept my ID & nobody called to tell me it was still up there. Thought I lost it it until i gave them a call. Just gives me racist vibes to be honest. If u got good insurance just go somewhere else they want you to pay outta pocket and won’t tell you the truth.

On 14th of September the merchant cashier give me a bad service they have some products in lower price and I ask if they can double-check the price on the computer but he don't want to do it and trout the products in the basket almost to broke the products and I told to him he has a bad attitude and I said have a good day but I don't want the products no moreThey only need bad reviews for this storeVery bad service ?
