don't answer calls what's so ever on hold for 7 min cuz of 1 caller then i got through and was ringing for 3-4 min and then hung up.

So I call the pharmacy and I think I know which pharmacy tech was it because the voice sounded familiar. I was calling to see if I can buy the medication since I have a problem with my insurance right now and the pharmacy tech was rude and hang up on me. I don’t know that pharmacy’s tech name but that pharmacy tech guy has glasses. Second how am I supposed to know the name of the medication. They are the ones who needs to know.

You can tell this Walgreens in the hood. It be super empty always missing something. Detergent locked up so people can't steal it lol. But it's convenient. It may be a long line but that saves a far drive

Poor customer service. There is always a long line, the techs can be passive agreesive and dismissive towards customers especially. They never seem to know where your prescription is or will tell you it’s ready when it is not. The professionalism is just not at this location. During my recent visit, Yesica demonstrated poor customer and listening skills by not being attentive, asking the same questions over and over and rushing.

It would be great if this pharmacy would answer the phones. I've been calling for days, spending hours on hold only to be hung up on, and I just want to know when they're going to make the prescription that the doctor called in. Dealing with this place is a total nightmare.

The level of personal attention and care by this pharmacy is so good compared to some of the other Walgreens locations I have tried. I have been really impressed by the people there actually wanting to help, taking your phone number, calling you back and doing everything they can to get your prescriptions into your hands. Well done.

There's never enough cashiers; the fact that they get mad if you ask for help then yell at you for making them unlock stuff from the store. The store is tiny and always have not just one crackhead but more than three outside their store. No one has control over their business at least not Walgreens.

Woman was absolutely wonderful in helping w/corona tests. Everyone from the pharmicist to the order online to the cashier was extremely helpful. Only store that was able to do this. Highly recomended.

This location pharmacy is so unprofessional. Every time I come there is a issue. Once they said my insurance was not active which was a lie. Second time I called for a refill and the gut tells me it would be ready by 3 pm on 1/2/2020 get there on 1/3/2020 and they don't even have it in stock and instead of calling me they decide to send my prescription to another location without my consent. Oh and there manager is never available.
