They don't help me solve anything, I'm waiting for a phone package, they didn't deliver it to me, they returned it to the office, I've gone 3 different days and they don't want to deliver it to me... I think they stole it... I'm going to file a complaint.

Not sure about the other mail delivery personnel in Cicero, but as far as the one in charge of my mail goes (West side of town), they must be one of the most absolutely and blatantly laziest mail people of the whole department. I've seen this young man literally throw boxes up onto the stairs so he doesn't have to climb them. Mail is always either 1) thrown on the chairs in front of the mailbox, 2) the bulk of it is shoved into one mailbox versus placing it in the labeled mailboxes of the mail recipients, or 3) it just does not arrive; I've been living here 5 months now and had to file a complaint for missing mail because I got no mail for the first 3 month. I've recieved no bills, no flyers, nothing. This can only mean everything was being thrown away, because WHEN in the history of American junk mail have we ever NOT had flyers in our mailboxes? Exactly! Zero stars!
Absolutely disgusting and lazy. What a perfect little stereotype!

Made an appointment for the passport I was there for an hour and the front desk lady in the back on her phone after an hour I left

Had an appointment for a passport today only to go there and the post office clerk say that the passport person did not show up today. How is this My fault? I had already planned this appointment three weeks ago missed work and on top of that I do not live around the area. How is it that they can easily say find a branch and figure it out yet when you figure it out you come up to this this is totally ridiculous and this is a government agency come on now. I know that we can do better than this. The manager needs to do something about this. This is unacceptable.

By far the worst post office I've gone to and will NEVER return! This office a joke! Today was the third time I had an appointment to get my son his passport and first time they said my appointment wasn't visible on their end and I showed proof, then they said lady was on vacation, last week they called me 10 minutes before our appointment to reschedule and today I show up again just so they can say the lady for passports was on vacation (AGAIN). I've called off work and kept my son from going to school to get this done and it appears like either they are incapable of providing the services they are advertising or really don't care about people's time. Overall customer service is ridiculous and I am truly FURIOUS that a place like this is still running!

Absolutely the worst post office in Illinois. Always the same excuse for not delivering packages (no access unable to deliver) really? It's not I live out in the boonies.

I advise you to visit Berwyns post office and avoid this one if possible.Constant unprofessionalism, long wait times most the time, & have now had them lose 2 of my packages inside their building. They never made it out the post office per the tracking system.Location is also not kept in good condition. They have a huge mess all the time behind the counter. No wonder they lose mail.
