They try to scam you if you don’t know anything about cars and try to give you the most expensive piece especially if you’re younger but when we went to a different store for the same item they only charged us half the price they gave us 0/10 would not recommend coming here go to o’reily it’s has better prices and won’t scam

I called this auto parts store in panic because I needed parts for my car ASAP! USA Auto Parts calmed me down and Luis was very insightful and helpful for what I needed. I definitely will be coming back to support this local business.

Today is my first time ever calling this place, they put you on hold and then after awhile it rings again and then it goes to a full mailbox, how do you do business with a place that won't take your call, really unprofessional especially when you call them back and right away they put you on hold and still no answer! that is bad business! They don't even give you a chance to speak at all they just say hold and put you on hold, I guess they are better off with out the phone in costumers, they are missing out in a lot of business, it is a total disrespect to everyone that is trying to get what they need for their vehicles. this is a place is not serious in doing their job

I'm calling an they won't answer the phone told me numerous of times an hr an half now it's going on 2 an half hours an I'm calling an still not answering very poor customer service also I forgot to mention they put me on hold an sent me to voicemail after that

This is the worst auto part store!!! I have been going here for over 2 weeks now with the same problem and steady excuses. How can you give the wrong part 4 times(Especially when you have the car facts)? How can you have the part ship to the wrong location? How can you not be apologetic for making the same error? How can you tell the consumer to take their money else where? I do not want to down everyone that works here because I did not deal with them all and it is sad and poorly ran. I do not want to give them any stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
