I called to ask if they had luggage in stock so I don’t waste my time by going all the way out there and the lady that answered the phone told me “I can’t see all the way over there so you will have to come in the store and see for yourself.” I simply replied thank you and she hung up. This place is always jammed packed with stuff so I guess that’s why she couldn’t see it. 🤷🏾♀️ I called about 5 different Ross stores asking the same question. This one is the only one who gave me this response. I live 40 minutes away from the Cicero location so I didn’t want to waste gas and they didn’t have any.

The store had a long line it was only one Register open that store is always crowded. I had to call the store and asked the managers to send someone to help out .The managers did open another line but this location should always have two people working up front and if have to only return they put you in the same long line .I hope a manager or whoever in charge can get a better system going .

Rude staff including security/door greeter, cashiers, and manager. No one there has any customer service skills yet alone a single smile. Store is always a mess. Store is ran by immature and unprofessional "adults". Dont like working there? Maybe find a new job?
