Rude staff including security/door greeter, cashiers, and manager. No one there has any customer service skills yet alone a single smile. Store is always a mess. Store is ran by immature and unprofessional "adults". Dont like working there? Maybe find a new job?

I find some nice clothes at a good price. Store is small, with a mess in some areas, but at least it is clean. Cashiers are most of the time very busy to attend people in a good manner. They're not rude, but they need to update their customer service skills.

Ross needs to send its employees to school for: customer service, etiquette, professionalism, courtesy and respect. Simple characteristics we are taught in elementary school. Brenda is the rudest, nastiest, obnoxious, flagrant, disrespectful weirdo Ross could've ever hired. Veronica (the cashier from hell side kick) needs to realize just because her belligerent coworker is an idiot she should not follow. Your name is on your lanyard... BOTH of these idiots need training. I guess common courtesy went out the wIndow with the customer is always right. Ross must be desperate to have hired these 2 dummies... Dumb and Dumber... SMH.
I won't be patronizing ROSS ever again in Cicero, IL...
