Roadco has drivers that have worked for Bob for well over 20 years for a reason. You get out of the job 100% of what you put in, and expectations are high but if met the rewards are well worth it. Reviews will have negative feedback on the owner, man is doing his best to run a business he has been in charge of for 40 years. Reliable carrier for any business looking to ship product in the midwest and east coast.

This is definitely a driver beware place. Owner will retaliate against you if you quite. By holding your paycheck hostage. Is very unprofessional all around company. The way owner talks to his drivers. Also how owner has no idea what is going on in his company. Sad shape a lot of the trucks are in. Constantly breaking down. Not to mention the high number of HOS violations. Mostly coming from them "asking" you to drive even when you don't have hours. There are a few nice people but seem scared of the owner.
