I gotta say, it's unbelievable that people would jump online so fast to rate any small business with a bad review. The staff at The Chrome Depot are very friendly and helpful. Yes, they are human and have forgotten to call somebody back, big deal! Did they negatively affect your life so bad that you had to threaten their livelihood? They sell custom aftermarket luxury wheels and tires not organ transplants. SMH. I have shopped with the same man here, Marco for year. Has he forgotten to call me back with a quote? Yes. Did I run to the internet for revenge? No. I called him to remind him and he actually had the quote on hand. Wow. They are willing to come in early and stay late for their customers. They answer calls and text messages before and after hours. They even recommended other tire shops if they can not help you. Try calling them yourself and see. Ask for Marco. Tell 'em Jose Rivera sent you.

Horrible commutation. I drove an hour away, when I called them before I headed out if they are sure they can attend me. They said they can and when I got there they changed it up on me. Then I call today to see if I can go the dude just hangs up. Horrible service

Stay away installed oversized tires and drilled holes on brand new set of chrome rims that was supposed to be my bolt pattern I ordered 2500 wasted I repeat stay away they don't have nothing in stocks you place order and then they drill holes in your set
