it says they close at 7pm and I tried to open the door at 6:30 and it's ? locked

GIVE JAYRO A PROMOTION! Today I walked into this location not so sure what I could wear to a upcoming concert (plus size ain’t easy) I asked an employee for advice …… hence why I came to leave this review ! Usually I only leave a review if I have something bad to say but today that changed because DAMN I was in Shock. Not only did I leave this store satisfied and confident, I was IMPRESSED. Jayro is one hell of a stylist specialist . She gave me a boost of confidence about a purchase that I was ready to hang back up and walk out without buying . She even took the time out to hold it together so I could have an idea of what it would look like ! She Gave me a compliment and said you can definitely pull this off . I don’t know where you found this awesome girl but she’s amazing. Value her . Never have I had a retail associate make me feel so amazed about a clothing chain. Thank you Rainbow for hiring wonderful people like her !!!!!!!!! I will definitely recommend this location over any other location to all my friends and family just because of this experience. They have unprofessional managers working they don't care about their customers at all the less work they have to do is better for them they will even take it and extra step by arguing with the customers instead of trying to resolve the problem very poor customers services not people friendly at all they don't even greet the customers walking in the door like most retail stores does and especially to be in the area their in because it's very busy over there

I went in this store 3 days ago the store manager and Assistant bag checked me which is fine but they only bag checked me n not everyone else. 4 other people came in the store after me and they didn't ask for their bag. the store manager name is Taxi. They we're clearly descrminating against me. This was my first time in this store was horrible. I didn't even buy what k wanted to get

I shopped today at Rainbow and when it was my turn to pay they were kind of dragging to assist me in the cashier register. The only nice people there was one of the Hispanic girls. Anyway when it was my turn to pay all the white lady said was hi and I said hi back then she just started folding the clothes she didn’t said did u find everything okay or anything like that. Then after I pay I thought she was going to say thank you but nope she did not so I just roll my eyes and walk away. I am never stepping here ever again. I rather shop at rainbow from north riverside.
