Every single time I try to do any atm banking it’s out of service. I have a fractured toe at the moment and a baby and the atm is my go to, however I t’s hard to always work on their schedule because it’s ALWAYS “temporarily” unavailable . I had banked with other banks and NEVER had this much of an inconvenience.

They need to make sure those ATMS are working properly by the end of day. Took my card and there was no signs or message on screen until after I put the card.

You could have a great or not so great experience depending on who is looking after you. The individual who assists me at the door is always really kind and helps me with my problems.

Slow service, not friendly, noone in the bank and you can't open bank account, must have an appointment a week in advance.

Depending of who it is that is taking care of you you can have a wonderful or not so wonderful experience. The person attending me in the entrance is always really kind and does solve my questions.

I've been on hold for 21 minuets trying to set up an appointment to open an account for my son. This is the worst place for banking. (I hope the fed ex guy got what he needed.)

Only 1 banker here for my business account to get a replacement card and have been waiting and hour absolutely not acceptable. As a huge business embarrassing to be under staffed.

If you want slow service and feeling uneasy about a security guard standing around staring at crowd, come here. Beyond slow. Once I got to teller, it still took another 2 minutes for my small amount of cash all because I forgot my ATM card. Why lobby full of deposit slips and I had to ask for withdrawal slip- none to be found for public

I went to the bank to deposit some change and knew exactly the amount that I wanted to deposit. They said no because they don't have the machine. What the people that were standing around doing nothing can't count? They said unless it's rolled up they won't take it. My normal branch takes my change no matter what but these people are lazy. What bank doesn't want to take money? Obviously this one. Horrible service never going back again. I would give it a no star but that's not an option.
