2nd time I’ve rented from them for a 4th of July party I throw. And will continue renting from them. Courteous service, great communication, and the portapotty was clean and light enough for me to move. Appreciate it, and I’ll talk to you guys next year.

I used to be a customer service rep for this company, and I really enjoyed it. I learned a lot, and my supervisors were really friendly and reasonable with their expectations. Made good money too. Definitely a 5-star company to work for!!

When our restrooms went out in our facility National Construction Rentals was quick to provide portable clean restrooms same day. Repairs took a few weeks and in the meantime, NCR continued to keep the portable ones professionally maintained. We are so grateful that they covered us during an otherwise stressful situation.

Will never use this company again. Now they are charging a surcharge after the written quote and calling it hand carry charge for anything over 50'. You cant even make it from the truck at the street to the back yard of any typical residential home without being just over 50'. This is a ripoff tactic. I have been using them to install my temporary job fencing in the North shore. Would appreciate a real quote, at least make it a 100' foot limit so they could service most residential jobs. Very disappointed in how a company could make this kind of policy decision and force its customers to sign off on site at the time of delivery.

Can’t thank the team at National enough. They saved us with a last minute porta-potty and they supplied fencing for our construction property the very same day. Competitive pricing in addition to exceptional service. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again in the future.

They havnt cleaned the one and only porto on our job site since July 7th 2022, its August 10th 2022. Called twice and was told a worker came to clean it but it was blocked by a vehicle so they couldn't....There was NO vehicle in the way what so ever, driver just didn't feel like driving into an alley. PO5 workers, from the drivers to the dispatchers. Stay away!!!!
