Call to get a quote and right away the person whom answered took a deep breath and sounded annoyed by the question. Then just answered with bring the car over that’s the only way to quote it. FYI that is why business have phone numbers so customers can call. We have options why bring the car to one place when we have the choice to look for option. when if the customer knows exactly what kind of repair it needs just quote it. Everyone is going to always try and look for what is most convenient for our selfs don’t get mad and say “ we just calling to find cheaper prices” when you do it to for other things. that’s part of business.
