My uncle and I took both our cars in for damages caused by a tree.
Although the staff is super friendly and patient with you, I believe they lack in their ability to work with their crew (mechanics as well as office workers) to make sure that the job is well done.
I had to take my car back again to get some things corrected.
One of the men that worked on the car admitted that he had made a mistake (wasn’t a huge one, there was a lose screw that fell inside a panel) which again, I understand is not a huge deal but definitely something that shouldve been communicated to me when I picked up my car.
They also left grease stains inside of my car to which the same man said they didnt make. I dont use grease and those stains were not there before. I mentioned this problem before I took it in the second time but when I picked it up, it still had those stains.
They kindly offered to clean it for me but frankly, I dont want to take my car back AGAIN.
I trusted that a good job would be done but I was not satisfied.
My uncle had to take it back TWO times after the first time for them to correct their errors.
He was even told by the mechanic that they were spending too much time and money on his car, but what about us? We are paying them to do the job and are being let down!
They should be more thorough as people are paying them for this job. I had to rent a car twice because of their carelessness.
I chose this shop as my insurance sent me here but would not recommend going here and will not be returning myself.
I hope anyone coming here thinks twice before leaving their cars here. I truly regret trusting them with the car im working very hard to pay off. What a disappointment.

Michelle's Auto is very professional fast and efficient not to mention affordable and HONEST. You know I received a call stating the price of a few of my parts went down saving me $$$. They are the absolute best. Hands down.

I trusted this place with my car. I was desperate because I had a job that was a hour away, I went here because the time time frame was less then other places and paid out of my pocket did not want to delay on repairing. I noticed the light the guy replaced was flickering thought it was because it was replaced, I saw a dent in the hood but thought it was minor but when I keeped using my windshield wipers it stopped pulling the fluid I was confused I took it to a mechanic and there it was he showed me the tank from the water was patched with some kind of temporary gum that was supposed to get replaced and they patched it, I seen the guy and he was like I’ll give you a call back and till then I left it alone I just went to someone that was going to do the job be careful who you trust I paid more then 3000 out of pocket for this

Honestly , I do NOT recommend bringing your vehicle in. This is the 2 time I bring in a vehicle and it never fails in me having to bring it back again because they couldn’t fix it the right away in the beginning.My dash-cam and ray van glasses went missing from my vehicles and when I called no one would take accountability and were saying “I was giving false information”.When I try calling, it’s so hard to get ahold of someone! Supposedly it opens at 6am but how come no one answers the phone till hours later? Honestly I will not be bringing any car back and will tell other people not to bring theirs either here. Sucks how I have to take it to some place else to fix their own mistakes ! If I can give it a 0 I would.

Beware of this place!!!! they will mess up your car more than fix it! I took my car after an accident first red flag was my car was ready in a couple of days despite my car being pretty damaged. I had to go back a total of Six times for the same problem. They will gaslight you into thinking that you are making things up when in reality the job is done very poorly. The paint job WAS AWFUL. They got paint on my rims and other parts of my car. Now a couple months later I’m having the same issues plus more that they claimed they fixed my mechanic showed me the part thats still broken and the shop just glued it to hold it together yet claimed it was a new part. They aclaim to use new parts BUT the parts are used or glued back together. Please do not bring your car here they will mess it up more then fix it. I made my car insurance aware of this place so that no one else has to go through this. Wish I can give them 0 stars

Based on customer service alone. I highly recommend. They stay in communication with you. If they miss your call, they call back asap. Having to get you car repaired after an accident is stressful. Dealing with insurance can be extremely stressful. Between supplements and part delays I came thinking it was going to be a huge production. But it wasn’t. At all. They were able to handle everything and very quickly at that. They were friendly professional prompt and responsive . Coming from a shop background I will say they did awesome and far exceeded my expectations .. car looks great. And the whole repair took 2 1/2 days tops

This is straight trash, if you like things done the wrong way you found your match they, are horrible at lying or should I say masters, they can’t even lay Bondo the right way. they fixed my car door but I was ready to take out my surf board out from how wavy this door was. Horrible people they lie to your face, he said he helped by blending the paint because it wouldn’t match a good body shop blends reguardless, did not blend the hood paint is totally off! All parts replaced or repaired did not aligned, had a very bad first and last experience!Services: Steering & suspension repair
