If I can give it a zero I would. This is by far the worst insurance ever. Just go to statefarm it’s cheaper. This insirance is not even insurance. It’s a third party.Esta aseguranca no sirve para nada. Mejor compren con State Farm es asta más barato.

Worst insurance I ever had in my life! They work with direct auto the worst insurance company in the world. And everybody there acts like they don’t speak English. I asked what’s my new monthly payment going to be she straight up told me she don’t know lol you guys are clowns

If I could give zero starts I would!!! My experience with Magnum has been on the edge until my last experience with them. During the month of June I moved from Chicago to Michigan. I called before my next payment to try to cancel my policy. I was told I had to come in person to fill out some paperwork. I explained that I have moved to Michigan which is a 6 hour drive and I no longer own the vehicle. The representative told me the only other option I had was to let the payment pass and after a month it will cancel on its own. To my surprise I was charged for the policy a few weeks afterwards. I called and explained my situation. They explained that if I could show proof that I sold my vehicle they could refund me the last payment. I didn't even have proof of payment as I sold it to a stranger as a 3rd party sell. It's not like I received a receipt of the sale. They said I could have send a letter explains I wanted to cancel my policy with my signature!!!!! How the fuck are they going to tell me that when they are emailing me the paper work for me to sign right now!!!!!.... Why the fuck didn't the last agent tell me he could have emailed me the paperwork!!!!! So now this company has taken a payment out of my account when I was told I wasn't in autopay and no refund is available. This whole business is a shit show and I would recommend everyone going to find another insurance company.

I would like to give 5+ stars to Maria if I could for always being extremely helpful and going above and beyond. She is one of the few who genuinely cares about her customers and it shows. Every time I’ve spoken to her, been nothing but fully satisfied because she takes that extra step to make sure your questions are answered before you disconnect the call. My fav go to agent at Magnum! Shes a keeper and defo deserves a raise!

Worst insurance ever!!!! I was paying for full covered insurance and once my car was in an accident, this particular office told me they couldn't no nothing for me. Now I'm stuck paying a car that no longer have!!!

Never available!!!! Insurance should cover you 24/7 if needed, this is why I pay!!!! These people are never available and the towing company they are partnered up with “Wes’ towing” are just as HORRIBLE !!!!! I called needing towing assistance and they argued with me and refused to help! Needless to say they never showed up!!!! I still haven’t spoke with anyone at magnum about this since last weekend!!!!! This is unbelievable!!! They were referred to me but never again!!!! I’m terminating immediately!!!!!

Horrible service !!! My sister has full coverage she had an accident ! Her car has been at the shop for almost a year and a half! She gets the round around from both the insurance and the body shop! She called the shop today and asked her her car , the shop told her that the insurance does not want to pay to fix her car.! When she was hit the transmission was affected , now the car needs work! At this point we are going to contact a lawyer to settle this. She needs her car back because she has been taking the bus! I would this this insurance company 0 stars!!
