I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst service I have ever received. I filed my taxes august of 2021. I waited 6 weeks and received nothing. I tried contacting Martha and no answer, via text or call. I looked online on the IRS website to see if I can get an update but there was no record of my return. I tried and tried to get a hold of Martha for 6 MONTHS!! With no luck, I decided to go down to her office, which is a 45 minute drive from my house! It turns out she never submitted the returns! She claimed someone was claiming one of my children, which wasn't true, she actually had the ssn wrong. To top it off, when I told her to just return my money and cancel the transaction, she yelled at me and called me a liar. She claimed I never tried calling her. When I pulled out my cell phone to show her all the calls and text messages, she pulled out her walled and threw money on the desk and told me to leave! This could have been solved very quickly and easily had she communicated to me that there was an error on my return. Worst place ever!
