If you can go on weekends . Particularly Saturday , Alfredo is awesome. (5)- Stars. I’ve been going here to this location since 2010 and I’ve seen employees and managers come and go. He’s helpful , professional and polite and down to earth. Yes, he will tell you if your GameStop Pro Membership is expire or expiring. However he won’t shove a “renew now” or “you must renew now” attitude . That is what sets him apart. He’s always help me with Nintendo Switch trades and informs me on what ways or corners I can cut to save money and get the most out of my transactions. Solid dude!

I go in there to try to trade my controllers but their usb cable don’t work and they claim that they don’t work and charge you a fee for just working controllers don’t go here go to the shop one in Berwyn or in Chicago because they usbs for the controllers trade work fine and the manager Agustin is way nicer and friendly and he has a great customer service he’s in the mall or the one in Roosevelt I lost all my respect for this location go to back in the game they are way better and one time when I tried to trade in left 4 dead 2 or other games that are in the system the guy with the long hair and glasses claimed they he can’t take even tho it’s on the website what is wrong with this location he’s lazy to look up the game title his name is Alfredo and avoid the manager too her name is mirella she’s a joke and rude to customer I hope she gets fired I only give her credit for game trades because when she scan the trade don’t pop up on screen she looks it up and gives me the full value for that game I never been this pissed off like this before and at other stores I trade in my stuff without a problem

I worked here for like 3 days, the manager Mirella was disgustingly disrespectful ? I’ve seen more professional behavior from a middle schooler than Mirella ever expressed? do yourself a favor and shop at the GameStop on Cermak where the manager actually has some class and respect for the customer

Just left there and after reading the reviews I can see that Mirella, who's the manager has had many complaints. The silly lady thought I said she smelled like weed while I was on the phone. She's an ignorant ghetto piece of trash. She waited until I was rung up before she addressed what she thought I said about her. After all these complaints I would think someone from corporate would address this!!

The people working there in the afternoon shift the were super disrespecfull I was trying to buy some cards cause I like to collect cards and the cashier told me "that's a wasted of money" I never will go back to this F location

An employee told me if I pre-order MW3 (2023) with them, I can play the campaign early. A day later after my pre-order, I came to find out that only digital pre-orders get the campaign early. So I cancelled my preorder but before i did, the female employee looked at my preorder via their computer and said I payed in cash (in a fake shocked voice), even though I just came yesterday to their store and payed with card and won’t be going back to this store. This was obviously a way for them to keep my preorder with them. To anyone else thinking about going here, DON’T GO!!!!!

Very friendly desk clerk in person and over the phone ..nice people who work there..i purchased a refurbished Ps5 I'm a member no discount and no charger for the controller I was told they don't come with the unit new or used ...smh ..Sony PlayStation should be ashamed of themselves for shorting the people who keep them in business at $500+ a pop...Have a good day ?

One of the worst GS ever.The manager definitely has an attitude and they do not explain the policy of certain items. Not going back until they change management!!
