Avoid this place, looking for a phone for my daughter. We ask for a very specific phone, put a down over $100 deposit. Get a call a few days later from the owner saying his shipment of phones didn't contain our phone. Now he's trying to hold $38 dollars because he couldn't order the correct phone and somehow its our responsibility that he can't order properly.

I went to other Boost mobile stores before coming to First Class Wireless. The other stores did not want to help me to program my phone but this store did , also I was told that we were eligible for a free phone which we were not informed in the other Boost locations.

I had them install an alarm with remote start with alpine car audio system on my 2016 lexus. They did a awesome job, everything worked great and audio system sounded great . I was very happy with the work and price. I recommend them.

Install was sloppy and not professional at all, Tried to overcharge me until i proved them wrong. had me going back and forth to the store for a week because i had connection issues. had to go to another shop to get it fixed. will not be coming here anymore.

They dont know how to install audio, messed up my alternator and battery. It blew 2 days after they installed a sub in my car. Dont go here.

Worst! Worst place I’ve ever been to. The attendant is rude he took about a week to fix my phone oh and over charges never never going back here and I definitely don’t recommend this place !!!
