Some of the bouquets looked nice, but honestly they are so overpriced. The bears and gifts they have displayed are being sold for double or triple of what they are actually worth. I suggest asking how much everything will cost before you pay because the lady there will try to charge you more. 3 roses and a balloon were almost $40 and I can get the same quality for half the price at Pete's.

Very unprofessional. I received a flower delivery from this shop and they left the receipt of how much it cost and what the person who ordered specifically asked for. My order wasn't even complete and there was a balloon missing as well. The flowers were wilting and were not fresh at all. For the price the person paid ( and I know because I saw the total) they definitely did not get their moneys worth.

Terrible service, they made the purchase, they sent me the purchase order and received the money. An hour later they send me a. Orreo saying that they can't make the delivery that they had already returned my money. It is the time when neither money nor order. It's a fraud.

Yes and it’s the very same girl u fired I believe that made my beautiful vases every time I went I believe her name started with R can’t remember but I didn’t see her anymore after a while she was really good … it’s a shame the shop stayed open but only one employee same design gets boring

I was looking flowers after 6 pm in Chicago i am glad found this cool self-service flower shop love it. I think is a great idea flowers were fresh with balloons card so many choices take me while to pick one.

Please do not buy from this place … I bought a vase and a bouquet not that long ago and the girl that was their fixed it so beautiful… so I recently went and ordered again same thing for delivery and what they send to my mom were dying flowers and the bouquet was so awful…. I called no answer I went in person to see if I can buy something else and a lady with glasses showed me nothing but vases with green water dying bouquets and when I asked for a girl that was their two weeks ago they gave me attitude and said she no longer works their… smh ?♀️
