Im really grateful for them and taking me in as my cat needed an emergency surgery and accommodated me. I’m honestly really thankful. Here is my Ella looking healthy and happy :)

Next day appointment available, the wait was less than 20 min . Dr explained the treatment plan and allows you to be involved in the process. Dr. and staff know my pet by name and health history . Visitation cost reasonable. Client since 2013 . It is now 2024 and we still take our pets here for their medical care. I definitely recommend this hospital .

I have taken my dog to her vaccines at this veterinarian since she was born, I highly recommend this place because the vaccines are very cheap, the service is very fast, you don't have to wait long, I really recommend this place.?

Overly expensive. As far as care goes, I'd say it's ok at best. But the amount they charge for medications and supplements is excessive. I've compared prices online and they are actually 30-50% cheaper. $45 for 6mos of Milbeguard vs $27 online. Water additive with them $25.80 vs $13.93 online. And if you want to a written prescription so you can buy more of your dog's heartworm medicine online, they charge $27 just to write it up and you have to go in to the clinic to pick up the paper copy - they won't call the website to approve the prescription over the phone (as other vet clinics do). And that price is per medication, per written prescription - with a 6mo expiration date tagged on to it. I will say the overcall care is decent I guess, no long waiting periods, appts readily available, but the time with the vet is 5 minutes max and a $69 checkup fee. It's a business and they have to make money, understandably, but I can't afford to pay $500-900 for each visit. Not to mention the time my dog had a tooth fall out so I took her in and I was told she needed further extractions. Charged me for a slew of medicines and testing they said she needed. We did 2 follow-up visits, but the extractions were never brought up by them again. They forgot the reason for my coming in, but they sure kept me coming back for follow up testing that couldn't really be explained to me.

After 1 week of medicine, my dog died. When at this location I explained everything that was wrong or that might be, but I got no answers, just medicine. The instructions weren't descriptive at all or clear, I had to ask them what the instructions meant to say. 1 week of their medicine and my dog died from not wanting to eat anything at all ,keep that in mind and that all they care about is money, I tried giving them a chance and not believe the bad reviews but their actions, not their words, showed me everything about the negative comments were right. If you love your family member, avoid this money hungry location and take your time to find one with less bad reviews. Don't forget that sometimes u do have to judge a book by its cover.

Great service! The vet diagnosed my pet immediately, and treated him appropriately. It is evident that the veterinarian and all his staff are very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. Immediately as I walked in, I was greeted by the young man at the front desk, and he seemed genuinely attentive to my concerns. His welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for the entire experience. Throughout the visit, the entire team maintained a high level of professionalism and compassion, which made me feel reassured about my pet's well-being.
