Very, very poor customer service. The girl "working" behind the counter chewed and snapped her gum faster than the proper service she gets paid to do.She admitted not to giving the correct receipt last evening.She tried to print a receipt that said exchange only. Lol. The receipt did not say exchange only.Stop chewing gum while talking to customers, perhaps, and maybe the proper customer service and etiquette will process in your head.

This site is incredible. This store, which my dad runs, has wonderful employees. I would love to take over when my father retires since I have learned a lot from it. I have worked here since I was four years old, and now that I am thirteen, I feel at home here.

VERY RUDE... Everyone who works here including boss/manager need major attitude changes.. they act like they are doing you a favor by giving them your money.. they are very disrespectful.. I would shop somewhere else where people are actually pleasant to do business with and happy when you buy something from them and receive your money.. it's like your bothering them for wanting to buy something.. everyone of them always seem to be having a bad day..God forbid you ask one of them for help with something around the store... won't be shopping here again total nightmare

I paid $90 dollars + $40 for a mattress to be delivered 5 buildings down the street to my apartment & that was supposed to be on Thursday/Friday. Yes they charged me $40 to deliver a mattress just a few buildings away. They never called or showed up. I had to call repeatedly to ask what the status on my mattress was & they kept giving me the runaround. Ensuring me that Saturday it would happen. Saturday comes, no mattress no call. I got the same runaround when I called again.

This is the best store ever the workers help you find what you need it makes me happy and there is nice people that work there. Also that they have really good prices and they have a lot of good stuff so you should go check it out.
