This is not the first time I've experienced staff apathy at this location, but it's amusing enough to write about.Normally at such a store it's an in/out experience with me. I know exactly what I need, locate it, and pay for it.This time, I wanted to pick up a TENS unit, two models of which the website said they had in stock. I wasn't sure where in the store to look except, well--pharmacy, of course. So I inquired at the pharmacy counter.The first person, a tech, gave me a blank stare and went to fetch the pharmacist. The pharmacist, WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHAT A TENS UNIT IS, told me "I don't think we carry that here."I explained to he that "TENS" stood for "Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation," that it was a MEDICAL DEVICE, and therefore would be located somewhere around pharmacy, and that the web site said they had them in stock.After being given all this, she told me I should go to the front counter to inquire.As if she didn't have the exact same resources (a computer) that they had up front. As if she was too busy to be bothered (there was nobody waiting).I was ready to leave the store empty-handed, but when I turned to go, there, right in front of me, were the two TENS units hanging on display.I have to ask CVS, who in your stores is responsible for helping customers? Are the employees in pharmacy somehow above doing the minimal work of finding a product, even when the product is well within their field? Aren't these guys supposed to be working as a team, or is that a culture alien to CVS?The laziness just boggles.

Not that reviews on corporate matters anyway, but I really am disappointed hope bad the service is here. I’m not a boomer asking staff to lay their entire life down on the line for me. I think it’s completely reasonable to answer the phone with a Hello, how can I help you vs. trying to shoo me off the phone ASAP.

I love this CVS, I could go to another CVS closer to my home but I choose to go to this one because the staff is so friendly and helpful along with being very respectful, unlike the CVS in my neighborhood. I love the sales and the staff are always ready to help me with my needs. Thanks CVS!

Im not one to go out of my way to write reviews, but i feel compelled to as how unprofessional the workers were. I was requiring assistance for medicine at this store the other day, and no one was coming to my aid. I figured I get it they must be understaffed and overwhelmed, understandable. But when i went to the front desk there was 4 whole people behind the counter. One guy with some goofy gold chain was just opening bags up for some girl like it really takes 2 to run 1 register. I wasn’t even mad, just disapointed. Anyways, if you’re looking for quality service, this is not the place. No wonder they have so many stores closing. Probably poor corporate structure and negligent management. Went to walgreens instead and was in n out. ✌️

Large and very clean store. Very personable cashier. Much better than my usual store, very well stocked with just about everything.

I never write reviews for anything but I like to write a review for Miriam she is really nice and takes the time to explain if in doubt and goes out of her way to help, and she also has the patience and smiles! thank you for that!

The level of traffic here doesn't surprise me, understaffed but yet promising to make medications. If people don't like it they can go to Walgreens in which they are also currently understaffed and taking twice as long to make medication, sometimes even forgetting to make your medications if you're into that? ?

I live very close to this CVS...And the washroom is always out-orderCommon really...You can walk the customer to the washroom if you need too..That's what you call customer service...But is corporation..Have some respect for the community...Shame on all the management.In this store...

Worst experience i have had so far in this pharmacy, ever since my insurance switched me over to their pharmacy from Walgreens i have had nothing but awful experiences, and it gets worse every visit. Staff is rude and impatient most of the time, don't explain to me things i don't understand when it comes to issues with my insurance or medical prescriptions, i have been waiting for a medicine i need from their delivery service that has never came and its not in their system as well... i can literally go on and on and on about things that just don't go right, or they just find a way to ruin the visit to the store in general, don’t waste your time coming here, its ghetto and dirty too. Needless to say i will be changing my pharmacy from where i receive my medication next doctors visit because im sick and tired of this, this place ruins my day consistently.

Just waited 30 minutes to drop off a script. Not enough counter help and definitely no drive thru. This is by the worst experience of my day. Will be transferring to another location.
