Not so great, they told me they didn't took my insurance, I have Blue Cross Blue shield PPO from my husband's job. they pretty much just wanted me to pay 100 for the visit Plus testing. I told them I took my daughter there before with no problem and we have the same insurance and they told me they must have did that by accident, yeah that makes no sense

My son came down with a cold which had got worse and couldn't get any appointments from anyone ASAP. I was able to got one here and quickly. Wait time was ok but that's expected. Staff was amazing and caring.

Providers should explain a little better what they’re prescribing you. Waited hrs for my kids meds just so Walgreens’s can tell me it’s over the counter and they don’t have it as RX
