Nice place nice people.
Got late to my appointment due to the shipper long wait loading, got a door right away dock workers started unloading fast. Stop at gate hit button door opens, go to shipping receiving, check in if door given for delivery back in with doors closed receiver brakes seal from inside get a knock on trailer when seal Brocken then pull up open doors back in again and wait for green light then get papers sign at shipper receiving.

Good place. Well organized. Open from 6:30am. If when checking they give you a door and tell you that they are going to cut the cello, you must stick to the assigned door; It will already be red and from inside they cut the cello, then they give you a green light... and you will be ready to open the doors. My 10am appointment. They received me and unloaded me at 8am without delays.

I got to this place at 10:50am this morning, I was told by my dispatch it was 12:30appt they tell no it was 2:30pm appt. Ok no problem, the dude gives me a dock door tells me be patient again no problem. I've watch a truck that picked up at the same place I did met him here he left and came back with another load, same thing with another truck company, yet I sat here after everyone left for 2hrs I go in ask the guy so why am I still here? His reply, oh your next, then took another 30mins to get to me and I'm now leaving at 4:20pm. I was nothing but patient, respectful, and courteous with them to only be so disrespect for my time. Lastly I will not return to this place again after getting treated in such a way.

Everything is very good, good attention from the staff to unload, a Spanish-speaking comrade assists you with courtesy. The arrival is at the back of where the GPS takes you along Cicero Ave, through the alley that leads to the Walmart parking lot.

The entrance to make delivery is through, cicero av. Turn to the side of the Walmart. The Garmin GPS gives it to you on Laramie Ave, and it's not that way. When they assign you a door, park at your door and they cut the seal and then you secure the doors and park well!!

Delivery entry is not on Laramie St at all. So don't follow your GPS. Otherwise entry and exit was done within acceptable time frame. They have nice people here. Genuine greetings and genuine smiles. Chicago and low bridges oh my Goodness!!! This is the only dumper.However all 5 stars today.
