Terrible service, they rob you openly, my phone is useless, be careful, the Puerto Rican girl is very kind, but if the phone goes wrong, it has details, something when you return, she mistreats you and gives you a bad face, they steal things, don't buy, there are really things wrong.

This manager at this location would treat you like family like if you've known Her foreverToday, I took a phone out for as low as 30 dollars on a payment plan soft credit pull mainly public records. I am writing this review on behalf of my cousin. He visited the store for a phone not charging- the port supposedly had water damage. Instead of suggesting a low-cost fix, LIKE A WIRELESS CHARGER, the store rep sold him a new phone for $200. A few days later, he went to return the phone. Not only was the refund going to be $60 after the all the fees charged, but the store attendants were also rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and escalated the situation to the point where they called the police on my cousin. FOR NO REASON!! They did not want to give him the refund, they called police and told them he was being aggressive and had his hands in his pockets as if they were scared of him. He gave them no reason to be scared. They were ignorant and attempted to weaponize his blackness against him by calling the police on him and placing him in the way of direct harm. I don't appreciate them handling him this way, or the condescending way that they spoke to him. This store is a rip off, and they don't provide good customer service to all of their customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
