“Lobby service was a bit slow on a late Thursday. They tellers all looked very young. The female who serviced me but not friendly. I didnt have my full account number with me to make a deposit. I had a bank statement and photo ID. She found the number so i asked her to write it for me (i had a deposit slip). She wrote the number and told me to initial it so i can use the slip next time. That made no sense to me and she did not explain why. There was a wait it you wanted a face-to-face with a banker. You can schedule an appointment to see a banker. Drive through seems to go pretty quickly. I am usually 1st or 2nd customer upon opening at the drive through.”
“I have to go to the bank regularly since I don’t have direct deposit. Each time I go, I look forward to my interactions with the cashier Maritza.(I am disappointed when she’s not on shift.)She always has a great demeanor and a positive attitude. She makes banking with BMO an easy process since she is so knowledgeable.”

Great customer service. More recently, they only have one cashier working the counter for customers and I feel this is not the best option; I walk in and the lines are ridiculous sometimes. I'm currently the 9th person in line (with people behind me to the door) and they still only have one person at the counter. I wish they had several ATMs like before.”

“The best mortgage loan experience. They helped us throughout the process and in the procedure when another lawyer wanted to sue us for not buying at the price they wanted and not the price at which the property was evaluated.Now we are in the process of purchasing a car and they offered us an interest rate that no other bank could.We will definitely need them again for our second property.What they lack are more branches and ATMs.”
