Please don’t trust armando Guzman. He will never return your call , as I’ve been waiting to hear from him for 2 weeks now. The issue is a $25 allowance for car rental. , but there isn’t anything out there for that price. One of his workers said she was going to put on a $50 allowance and she forgot to update on computer. I’m fed up and going to a different company.

Super service, for 3 years thanks to Jacquie Martinez, an excellent person, I had the information I required for Life Insurance, she has answered many of my questions since then, I feel very grateful to her and the team at this office. .

Jackie suggested a life insurance policy which I have never thought of. I am so glad she did. it is the best thing I could do for my family.. She is very knowledgeable with all the products that State Farm offers. I am very happy with her service. All staff here have been very helpful & friendly and actually care about their clients.

I advise that you look into a different agency for State Farm. Armando Guzman does not have the license claim adjusters that it takes to be able to generate a policy premium, that would not affect you in the long run. I had a very terrible experience with Jackie one of the claim adjusters as she got my information wrong despite me correcting it 3 times. Once again reframe from having assistance from
Jackie.

I switched from Allstate because State Farm had offered better rates. However, I stayed with them for less than 2 months. I received a notice from my mortgage company that they had not received my proof of insurance. I repeatedly went in person and called State Farm to get the issue resolved. I even showed proof of payment which State Farm agreed I made. No one ever got back to me about why my mortgage company never received proof of insurance. Horrific service. I ended up switching to Country Financial which was even cheaper and covered equal amount on my home and more on my car. Country Financial also sent proof of insurance to my mortgage company ASAP.

If I could leave no stars I would. I've been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month now and have just been getting excuse after excuse. Everytime I call I'm told something different and told someone will call me back but it never happens. I tried calling again yesterday and received more excuses. I finally said I was done and asked for corporates number, the man I was talking to wouldn't give it to me but said he'd tell Armando himself to give me a call but as you guessed that never happened. Customer service is terrible and I've received no help. I have my auto, homeowners and life insurance policies with State Farm and I'll be looking to take them somewhere else.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Maria for all of her help in the time of need for my family . Both Maria and her firm is awesome! They are fast to get you results, they will work with you to get to the best deals for your policy. During COVID my family took a great hit in our financial state , Maria was prompt and on time with processing the finances. I could never forget what the Guzman firm has done for my family. She has insured my entire family, she is awesome, very hardworking, caring and all around a sweet heart, if it was not for her I would have left State Farm years ago, she is the heart of the business!!! Called in for a quote, Jesus mentioned he'd gather my info. and hand it over to someone licensed, and they'll get back to me within the hour. After two hours I got a voicemail from Maria, I called back, spoke with Jesus, and he said the rep is now on lunch, it'll be finalized afterwards. Two days later and I never received a quote, despite all my information being available. I was ready to move forward, but the lack of response from this State Farm facility prompted me to move forward with their competitor. I am now insured elsewhere.
