Michael and his team are the worst mechanics I’ve ever dealt with i took my Chevy suburban for a transmission problem back in April I have to return vehicle 3 times it was never fully fixed he charged me 3200 dollars and never completely fixed the vehicle I would never refer anyone to this shop

Overall I've had a great experience in this shop. They've performed some jobs in my car as well as regular maintenance. They're fast and have fair prices.

My car was having issues starting and staying on; it felt like the car was going to die on me in the middle of the road while waiting at a stoplight. I took it to 25th Fast Auto Repair and Michael fixed it by swapping out the old 20 year alternator. My car is good as new! Starts and runs with no issues. He also cleaned the engine bay. I am very satisfied with the turnaround time, service, and the quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend!

This is an elaborate towing scam! Allow me to first explain what happened. On Saturday, February 25th, I was involved in an accident on ****************. I was sitting at a complete stop in traffic when a vehicle struck me at the back of my vehicle. Initially, the individual got out of her vehicle and was concerned. She asked if I was okay and stated she was going to call the Police and Ambulance. Let me state that I am a 67 year old senior citizen. I was very shaken up from this accident. The towing company was Loop *************** **** *** the towing guy stated that he works with the ******* Police often and knows them well. They both suggested that he should tow my vehicle and pull it off to the side, also onto E ***** Drive. From there, the Police Officer performed his crash report. When that was concluded, the towing guy stated that he will take care of it all, for me not to worry about it, and just make sure that I am okay and he will tow my vehicle to his yard. After contacting Loop Operations Ill **** the following day to arrange getting it towed from his facility to the repair shop, *** at Loop ****************** states that the bill will be $5,800 for just a 10 mile tow.
