“First off, not sure why this isn't posting my name properly. I'm Cynthia Johanson. CVS Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since 2017 when I moved here from California. When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!! They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. If you truly want a terrible CVS Pharmacy experience, go to Benton. Thank you West Frankfort CVS for being the hardworking people that you are!!!”
“The people here are generally courteous and helpful - even when my needs require an extra measure of their time. They are timely about filling Rx's, and are helpful with communicating with Dr office when needed. I've been getting my meds from this Walmart for 15 or 16 years. Staff has changed they the years, but service has been fairly consistent. Sadly, my Rx's are no longer covered under insurance, so I'm using an app to search for the best price. Walmart often has the best price, but not always. Sometimes, I can get an Rx for less than half of Wal-Mart's price at a different pharmacy. Today I have an Rx that will cost about $42 at Walmart. Thru Health Warehouse it is available for under $17. Having prescriptions spread all over the place is not good, shop I need to decide if I'm going to change pharmacies, or stick with Walmart.”

“I'm not sure who I spoke with in the pharmacy but she was the best at transferring scripts from other pharmacies for my mother. It's a blessing they deliver to neighboring towns because I'm confident they will ensure that my mother never runs out of her medication. Kirk's Pharmacy is the best locally owned in our county.”
