2-21-24 1:14pm Casey’s Christopher IL.Male cashier-shame on you!My husband went to Casey on his way to work, he stood behind an elderly man. (Around 80) The elderly man wanted to fill his truck gas tank and was confused when the male worker asked “do you want to put $50 or $60 in it?” Elderly man replied with “I don’t know I just want my tank filled up” clerk charged him $50. Elderly man continues outside but went to use his card at the pump still confused, trying to pay a second time before ever pumping. My husband pointed it out the the clerk and the male clerk said “ehh he will figure it out”. My husband said some unkind words to the male clerk and went out to help this man. With that being said, I’ve worked at a Casey’s before but my manager would have not ever let that slide. Have some common courtesy! Why is management hiring careless people that have no people skills? Do better.That elderly man has probably worked harder in one day than that cashier has his whole life! It wouldn’t have taken but 1 minute to let him know he already paid and showed him how to use the pump. Exactly what my husband did.

I use to love Casey's pizza but, the last few times I ordered from them the food was not ready on time. I don't mean a few minutes both times we waited 45 minutes after the pick up time. Then not only did I wait but the pizza was under cooked. I don't understand how you can undercook something and be almost a hour late. It's uncalled for. When we mentioned it to management they just blow it off by saying well we been under staffed.

Called in a taco pizza and veggie pizza. When got home wirh them my veggie pizza was onions and black olives. My taco pizza had tomatoes, LETTUCE THAT WAS around 6 to 7 inches long not cut, meat and some beans. No Doritos crust was thin could eat with anything but a fork. Got one about a month ago and it was great somebody needs to be teaching consistency. You pay nearly 30. And expect to get what you ordered not what they want to put on your pizza. If your out of ingredient let the customer know first.

5/16/21 ordered a pizza and bread sticks around 3ish, got there the ordered was not done but the clerk compensated me for my wait and they brought my order to my vehicle when it was done and the cook was apologizing for the delay, got home and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had from there in a while, was well worth the wait!!
