They refuse to walk to my mailbox that isn't even far away. It is attached to my house and they told me the postal carrier already walks too much a day so they cannot deliver my mail.

Mailbox broke, replaced with a new one. Now mail won’t deliver because it’s not on a post. Frustrating, especially when you’ve spent money on a new mailbox and have to spend more money replacing it again.

Instead of the local office answering, you get an 800 number for more than an hour wait time run around. I guess that this is supposed to be better for us, according to them.
