Anywhere else I've lived the mail comes everyday at the same time. Only in Chillicothe does it vary. Might be 11am might not be till 3 or 4 pm. Not sure what's so hard about putting paper in a mail box that's pre-sorted.

I was told to check with the org sender because the package was not there.. why would I do that when the trail leads to this postage office.... Are you kidding me..... The employees have always been friendly and helpful. This is a smaller USPS, but I rarely have to wait long (I do try to avoid the hours of 3-5). It's a no-nonsense trip - the staff helps you get what you need and be on your way; very efficient staff response. Very clean, (dated, but gives you that historical Chillicothe feel).I once had live chicks delivered here, and although they were late in their arrival (not because of Chilli USPS), the workers were on top of calling me the moment they arrived, even after hours. This location truly cares about the community it serves.

If I could give zero stars i would. I have had nothing but problem after problem with getting my mail delivered. Anytime I have my front door open they refuse to deliver since I have a dog.... a dog that could care less about them and would have to go through a locked screen door to get out. I was told to keep my door closed, so now I'm not allowed to have my door open to let in air onto my house or I won't get my mail.

For one, the hours of operation for attendant service is not made for the working person. 2nd, my 68 year old Mother fell outside on their steps during a rain, & the manager came outside to see what happened... No results, then a policeman asked if he could help her up. No one called an ambulance. I ran her to the hospital. They couldn't get a pulse, since most of her blood was pooling into the injury on her back, & not flowing through her body, & she started to pass out. The Dr. Said she could have died. They should have had the sense to call an ambulance, & should have paid the medical bills. They refused to do a thing. They need to sweep that whole staff clean & replace them, along with new customer service training.

This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. They constantly give us other peoples mail. On average that's one to two times a month. It leads us to wonder what mail of ours has gone to someone else. They've screwed up delivery on several bills and nearly cost me $800 in deferred interest on a credit card. They have over charged for postage and are really sticky with any postal rules except when they want to break them. I've seen friends of employees (aaron) allowed behind the counter. Pretty sure that's a violation of federal law but it's OK because these a-holes don't have to follow any rules. I've tried to work out the issues with the manager but have come to the conclusion she is the problem
