I decided to find a new agent. First stop was at Scott Thulean State Farm to get a quote for same coverage, when all was tallied I saved money on all three vehicles, I was pleased with saving money,but hope I didn't sacrifice customer service. Those concerns were soon put to rest,when my SUV was stolen in Iowa and found totaled in Cook County. I was having trouble trying to get suv out of tow yard and police was not helping much, wanting me come up there to sign papers to get my suv out. So I called Scott's office got Janette told her what was going on she told me to come on down see what I had.Gave Janette the tow company and police dept numbersShe started faxing and calling goteverything taken care of that afternoon ,saved me a trip to Chicago greatly appreciated Janette's assistance.Highly recommend this agency.

I've been a customer since 2003. I've met Scott ONCE! That tells you who runs the show. I went in there today for questions on my policy , the girl at the front desk is the best! I got my issues addressed and covered by his "assistant". Not what I expect from an "agent" of 19 years. Step up Scott or move out!

SLOW, LAZY, LIARS. Say they did it, DID NOT. Tells Corporate they did it, DID NOT. Stole my money 2 weeks ago, still no insurance. RUN! RUN FOR THE DOOR, THESE PEOPLE THINK YOU EXIST TO KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.Arrogant, entitled, and WORTHLESS.So worthless in fact I have filed a complaint with the BBB, IL States Attorney, and the Illinois Department of Insurance.

Lindsey Lauber is by far the most customer oriented Insurance Agent I have ever worked with. She is (exceedingly) responsive, thorough, professional and super knowledgeable.
She has made working with my insurance a breeze, and that is how I like it. I will stick with State Farm and Scott Thulean as long as Lindsey is there.
