    Friendly staff and helpful tech support at a good price.I just don’t care much for the it is working just a burnt led on the modem cheap equipment deal.

    We use Mediacom for Business Phone and Internet. We have had ZERO ISSUES. When a semi ripped out our line, they had a tech here the next morning putting in a new one before we arrived! Customer service is great, friendly and professional, answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for business services!

    This is the only company who provides fiber to my neighborhood. Works great when it’s not down, but unfortunately it goes down about twice a month for me during the day with no explanation as to why.
