Friendly staff and helpful tech support at a good price.I just don’t care much for the it is working just a burnt led on the modem cheap equipment deal.

We use Mediacom for Business Phone and Internet. We have had ZERO ISSUES. When a semi ripped out our line, they had a tech here the next morning putting in a new one before we arrived! Customer service is great, friendly and professional, answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for business services!

We've had internet go out almost daily. I talked to a rep who was very helpful. She sent a technician out that day. The tech was extremely professional and helpful. He explained there was too much signal so the connection was weighed down. He installed a "splitter" to lighten the load. So far, so good! Thank you.
