Not enough help, everyday items are not available, bread, salad greens, fruit is usually spoiled in a day or two, I'm changing grocery stores, been shopping here 40 years & it's only going down hill. Never enough check out clerks!

I use to shop here and I am ready to boycott them. Service is not good and better not ask for someone to carry out because they don't want to because they are busy. Some evenings go in and you have to use uscan. Why can they not afford checkers.? They are not nice either. I will be going to Hy-Vee or Schnucks in Peoria as much as possible. Krogers all have forgotten customer service.

Sarah H in the bakery was so helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for and she took the time to make what I needed even though she appeared extremely busy and was so friendly while she did it!

Smaller than other Kroger stores. Not bad in general but I have one major complaint. The people who bag the groceries need to be trained or take a class!! Every single time I go there they bag cleaning supplies with food, shove as many as my flavored water bottles into one plastic bag as possible, put a heavy item on top of an item than can be smashed...and much more! The other most annoying thing is the parking is AWFUL. Way too small.
